Acer Showed a Prototype of the Liquid Leap, a “Smart Bracelet” of Their Own

Acer showed a prototype of the Liquid Leap “smart bracelet”, which can monitor the physical activity of the owner, as per the Acer press service to Lenta.ru
The item featured at the event in the United States is only a prototype. The official announcement will take place later, while sales of the Liquid Leap will start in July and August. According to the press service, unlike fitness trackers, Liquid Leap does not need to connect with your smartphone and can function independently: the data are displayed on the screen.
As per the The Next Web, the “smart bracelet” is a strap of about 17 millimeters thick. According to the resource, Liquid Leap has a provision to connect with your smartphone. In the U.S. and some other countries, the new gadget from Acer will be bundled with the upcoming Liquid Jade flagship smartphone.
Acer has officially unveiled a budget Android-tablet named Iconia Tab 7 HD powered with Intel Atom z2560 processor. This device was a 7-inch screen with a of HD resolution (1280 x 800 pixels). In Europe, the Tab 7 HD will go on sale in July at a price of 179 euros; there is no accurate date of sales in Russia at the moment.
In Europe a version of Tab 7 with lower screen resolution will go on sale in May. Both versions Tab 7 and Tab 7 HD support voice communication, can therefore be used as the phones.
The company also introduced a hybrid laptop Acer Aspire Switch 10. It supports both notebook and tablet modes featuring detachable keyboard. The device has a 10.1- inch HD screen (1366 x 768), it runs an Intel Bay Trail processor operating under Windows 8.1. The Aspire Switch 10 internal storage is 64 gigabytes. The keyboard can be optionally equipped with a 500 -gigabyte drive.
