Apple Released iOS 6.1.2 With Minor Bug Fixes

We have great news for the iOS 6.1.2 users who use the Exchange calendar sync: an over-the-air update is available now to fix the existing bugs. The release note of the update said that it fixes an Exchange calendar that could bring more battery life and increase the network activity. Users have met different problems with the exchange calendar, such as less battery life and problems with the network usage.
The good thing is that Apple admitted the problems with the address exchange calendar and posted on its support pages that changes will be made soon. In less that one week, things really changed. Apple had a few other bugs to fix in the last month (after the release of iOS 6.1, as the iPhone 4 S users had some problems with the connectivity; also another issue was the lock screen vulnerability of the iOS 6.1. devices, as the users had problems with the phone app and photos password. The latest release should have resolved this problem, but an update in the news does not confirm the iOS 6.1.2 fixing the lock screen vulnerability, although Apple said they would resolve the issue.
How can you benefit of this update? Well, iOS users will follow the next easy steps:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on General
- From General select the Software Update
- Tap on Download and Install
- Ready, this is it
And that is about all. You should try updating and see the differences for yourself.
We are still waiting for the Apple confirmation that the lock screen vulnerability has been improved.
