Apple’s Back To School Promotion Is Underway Within the Next Two Weeks

Apple runs an annual Back to School promotion a couple of months before the school year begins. The main point of this promotion is to sell more proprietary products to pupils and students on the threshold of the new academic year. As 9to5Mac reported on Monday, the promotion will be announced within the usual timeframe this year, at the end of June or at the beginning of July.
Traditionally, Apple will offer $100 iTunes Gift Cards for each Mac purchase and $50 iTunes Gift Cards for each iPad purchase. Last year, the list of promotional gadgets included iPhones, and $50 gift cards were offered along with them.
As noted, the promotion will not only be valid in the Apple’s online store. You can also get a card by purchasing a computer at Apple Store retail outlets or from the authorized retailers. Pupils, students, their parents and the stuff of educational establishments can participate in the promotion.
In addition to giving away free gift cards, Apple is expected to offer discounts on their computers within the Back To School promotion. For example, last year one could save up to $200 buying a new Mac. Unfortunately, the promotion did not apply to iPhones and iPads.
The duration of the Back To School promotion has not been announced yet.
