Galaxy Note 3 Lite Already In Mass Production

It seems that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite has entered mass production last Thursday, according to the latest rumors. Not long ago we reported another rumor, suggesting the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 variant is going to be announced at the Mobile World Congress next year.
According to Korean publication ETNews, Samsung has high expectations from the upcoming Galaxy Note 3 Lite – the South Korean corporation expects the Galaxy Note 3 variant to account for over 30% of all Galaxy Note 3 sales. As we’ve told you just a few days ago, the original Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is doing very well when it comes to sales, as after just two months of availability, it managed to reach the 10 million units sold milestone, becoming the fastest selling phablet from the Galaxy Note line to date.
It’s likely that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite will have a smaller price tag than the original Galaxy Note 3. This means that customers that wanted to get a Galaxy Note 3 but didn’t due tot he high price, are likely to buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite. The original Galaxy Note 3 phablet is available for $300 with a two year contract and for $700 off contract on the vast majority of carriers.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite is rumored to be equipped with a similar display of 5.68 inches as the original galaxy Note 3, only it won’t be an AMOLEDm but an LCD. The Galaxy Note 3 Lite will also feature the same S-Pen functionality and an 8 MP camera sensor instead of the 13 MP camera sensor of the original Galaxy Note 3. These are still high end specs, but a bit lower than the original Galaxy Note 3. The Galaxy Note 3 Lite will also see a downgrade when it comes to CPU, internal storage and RAM. Expect the same downgrade from the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini; the mini variant of the Galaxy S4, was released with a qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU, 8 GB of internal storage and 1.5 GB of RAM, with microSD support for up to 64 GB, an 8 MP rear camera sensor, a 1.9 MP front camera and a 1,900 mah battery. While it was a downgrade from the original Samsung Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 mini’s specs are still considered high end and it is described as “compact yet extremely powerful”.
As we already mentioned, the latest rumors suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lie is likely to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in 2014. Inside sources also claim that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite will reach worldwide markets in February and March 2014. A new Samsung model number, SM-N7505,leaked from shipping manifests for Samsung; the model number led analysts to believe that it could actually belong to the Galaxy Note 3 Lite’s and at the moment it represents the main evidence for the phablet’s existence. At the moment all we have about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite are rumors as nothing has been confirmed by Samsung, however, before its alleged official unveiling, you can expect more rumors to surface and even leaks.
