Rumors on the new Samsung products have appeared way before the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin in 2013, also known after IFA. We are referring to this, as it is the event where the Samsung company usually announces the Galaxy Note versions to be launched. Still, this year the Samsung Galaxy Note 3  rumors already have roots.

What is expected is huge for the device: the fact that it might have an enhanced camera with Optical Image Stabilization, or OIS technology seems to be the center of the new device’s features.

The Korean publication named Electronic Times Internet states that Samsung might currently be working on incorporating OIS capabilities into the Galaxy Note 2’s series. This will give the users the possibility of capturing better pictures and videos just by using the handset’s rear camera.

For those of you who don’t know, the OIS is a mechanism which can be found in still cameras or video cameras. It helps the recorded image to stabilize and, at the same time, it reduces image blur which is caused by motion, while a user takes pictures or records a video.  The interesting thing in this technology is that it that the image projected on the sensor is stabilized even before it gets converted  into digital information. You might have heard before of this feature, as it is already used by some mobile devices, but the OIS’s novelty is that will be implemented in the lens itself. According to the Android Authority, the technology of OIS will refer to mobility at the lens or sensor levels.

Even if this is the greatest improvement the device might have, we shall refer to other rumors also. One of them is regarding the camera. The Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to have a 13-megapixel sensor and 3x optical zoom capability. the 3x optical zoom requires extra thickness to the device, so there is no great chance for the last option.

If we follow the Samsung’s focus on digital camera technology, we can easily see its preferences for the technological improvements – the company released the Android-based Galaxy Camera last year, so the Samsung company is expected to give the customers greater and greater experience when it comes to the camera features of the new devices to come on the market. Also, the competition from the mail rivals such as Nokia or HTC give a great motivation when it comes to improving the camera of the popular devices.

Also, what should be mentioned here is that the Galaxy S4 is rumored to develop a camera phone, which might be called the Galaxy S4 Zoom. The phone might develop a camera with 16-megapixel and a 10x optical zoom, which would be great for the device.

The reports suggest that the Galaxy Note 3 might be released in the second half of this year. The rumor of the H2 release of the Note 3 might transform into reality as the IFA 2013 is scheduled to happen in September in Berlin (the exact dates are 6 to 11 September)

What rumors also suggest is that the Galaxy Note will have the same design as the Galaxy S4. The two things that is expected to have are the

sleeker bezel and the  plastic frame.

What others believe, on the other hand is that the Galaxy Note 3 could come on the market with a 6-inch screen that will feature an AMOLED display panel and a 13 -megapixel rear camera. The front-facing camera will have 2 megapixel. Also, the memory will include a  2GB RAM. What is more is that the device might have aExynos 5410 Octa-core processor with four Cortex A15 chips clocking 2GHz and four power-saving Cortex A7 chips running at 1.7GHz.
