How to use an HTML email signature on the iPhone and iPad

Do you have an iPhone or an iPad and are you also a workaholic or simply addicted to the web? Then besides all the fun apps you have downloaded, you have surely also linked your e-mail accounts to the phone. If this is the case and you tick this box, then we believe it is to your best advantage to let you know that you can now also add HTML links (links to a fav website or to an email address), and not only create multiple different email signatures. You will hence be able to instantly let the people you email the most often access what matters most to you in terms of content.
Are you tempted by this idea and would like to make use of it? Then just stick with us and we will help you use it to your benefit.
As webpage links and emails in the desktop version of our email clients is something the majority of us have, then let’s just indicate to you that you can choose a much easier way to transfer your existing signatures straight to your iPhone and iPad, so follow us on it.
To begin with, you need to send yourself an email message from your computer or device that already has HTML signatures set up on it. It does not exactly matter what email it is, and just a blank email with your signature will do.
As you might have already suspected, the next step is to open that email on your iPhone or iPad, so this is another simple step to take.
For the third step, please press and hold down on the signature so that the selection tool can appear. Once done, then just move the anchors and you will have all the signature highlighted.
What you need to do next is to perform a tapping action on Copy, and then, as the fifth step, press the Home Button so that you can immediately return back to your Home Screen.
If you have managed to perform all these steps, you must continue with the launching of the Settings app from your iPhone or iPad, and then just tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Once you have succeeded in doing so, just scroll down and then tap on Signature afterwards.
As soon as you have found the name of the respective account you would like to bring changes to, tap once on the screen in that text box so that you can bring up the paste menu. Tap on Paste once you see it.
You can now rest relieved (and assured) that the new signature shall be completed with the HTML links. Anyone clicking on a link to a website or an email address will be automatically routed to a website or a new message.
Your new signature will now be complete with HTML links. Anyone who clicks on a link to a website or email address will automatically be routed to website or new message automatically, so we can state “mission accomplished”.
Now that there have been a lot of you out there trying to figure out how this works and looking forward to an article on it, I hope we have come to your aid. Good luck!
