iPhone 5S Release Date: Exchange Your Older Model For Credit

iPhone 5s2 400x250 iPhone 5S Release Date: Exchange Your Older Model For Credit
As far as we could find  out from various reports, Apple’s customers will soon have the chance to go into the Apple stores with their old devices and change these ones for a credit that can be used for the purchase of a new smartphone.
As we could read on the main Apple blog – the MacRumor, it looks like there are different sources claiming that this new program could be introduced near the September 10 conference organized by Apple, when the company is waited to release new devices. Meanwhile, the Apple store stuff is coached about the new program so everything could go exactly as it should when the existing iPhone users come into the stores for exchanging their old smartphones for the new iPhone 5S, or whichever phone will be released by Apple.
According to some anonymous sources quoted by Bloomberg a few months ago, Apple had some business with Brightstar a recycling company. Those  rumors were saying something related to some trad-ins that could be renovated by Apple in order to further sell them in the arising markets all over the globe.

Moreover, Tim Cook Apple’s CEO was claiming during the last earnings call he attended that he wasn’t against the idea of the in-store trade-ins.
He actually claimed that he already imagined the channels working with that program and that he liked the idea and the environmental character of it which is pretty encouraging. And we have to mention that by ‘channels’ he meant the third-party sellers of the Apple’s devices, like Verizon, AT&T and  Best Buy.
According to the 9to5Mac blog, there are already some Apple stores using a trial pilot version of the program in Dallas – Texas.
So, as the reports say, the customers having an older version of iPhone such as iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S will receive a gift card that can be further used for the acquisition of an iPhone 5. We assume that along with the release of the future iPhone, the current iPhone 5 will be added on the exchange list as well and the gift card can be used for a discount at the purchase of the new smartphone.
There’s no info  related to the first versions, so we don’t know yet if the iPhone 3 or the iPhone 3G would be included on the trade-ins list. We must mention though, that their low resale price is not a favorable point.
Maybe you are not aware of the fact that Apple already uses an analogous program, as  mail-in reduction. But we must say that the fact the users will have the chance to actually go into a store and leave with a new smartphone it’s a big improvement and much more convenient for the client. With the mail-in rebate program, the customers need to wait for a while in order to get the order.

If Apple will follow its usual pattern, than the future flagship iPhone should be on the store shelves sometime at the mid of September under the name of iPhone 5S or the iPhone 6. As far as we know, there is no official note given by the company yet, but the analysts are waiting for Apple to present its new device during the September 10 event. The smartphone is expected to be available for sale in the physical stores starting 10 days after.

As you remember Apple launched a new iPhone version once a year, and every time the release was set for the either summer or fall period. For example, in September 2012 Apple released the iPhone 5, before that the iPhone 4S was launched in October 2011, and the first three models were launched sometime in the summer.
There were a bunch of other rumors as well, and they were related to Apple working on a low-cost iPhone model which will be available in arise markets.  According to some other reports, you should expect the fingerprint sensor technology, a 4.7-inch screen and a gold iPhone color option.
