iPhone 5S said to feature upgraded camera, new iPad Mini coming in October

Rumors appeared, and it seems like Apple prepares a new surprise for their customers by having in their attention new updates this year for iPhone and iPad. Speaking of which, we found out, that iLounge revealed more information, within an article posted by their team. All the information provided appears to be from a “trusted source”, because it offers product code names, and other specifics concerning the updates.
Another rumor on the first page news, talks about a new iPad 5 model, having mini-like casements and size and it`s supposed to be running on the market from October. The team managing of the site is trying to be more generous with the info about the new iPhone 5S, because so far they didn`t mention too much details, and also posted new feedback regarding the new mini.
Concerning the iPhone 5S rumors, the publication brings to our attention that there will be two prototypes we will have to choose from, with the code names N51 and N53, which will be launched sometimes in July. We also found out that the codename for iPad 5 is J72, and it’s going to be released in October.
They mention that the iPhone 5S is not yet ready for bulk-production and is still months away from that, but their informer believes that their glam feature is going to be an upgraded rear camera—improved maybe with a Sony’s 13-Megapixel sensor, plus the flash upgrade we already told you about—along with a processor power increase. The actual prototypes are codenamed N51 and N53, and the month of July is mentioned as the release date.
They also mention that even if the look of the new iPhone is not so different from the previous one, the improvements will definitely be noticeable. These changes concern a bigger flash, an upgraded rear camera and a processor power increase. The publication says that on the top of the list is the Sony’s 13MP sensor.
The code used for the future generation of iPad mini is J85. The look of the new tablet won’t be any different from its predecessors but it will have a feature that has been requested more and more lately, a Retina display. We are waiting for it to be released sometimes in October as well.
Amongst the rumors we also picked up something about Apple wanting to launch its new iPad mini and iPhone in the spring of this year, but iLounge tracks correspond very well with those from KGI Securities’ Ming-Chi Kuo. And so far, those two have been quite trustful, by presenting us only accurate information.
Of course, if these information will be further elaborated through supply chain leaks or other sources, will no longer be considered rumors but facts. It is also important to keep in mind that iLounge’s informer said that Apple has already put together a cheaper, plastic iPhone.
