iWatch Release Date No Sooner Than Late 2014

iWatch Box 400x250 iWatch Release Date No Sooner Than Late 2014

Sometime at the end of 2014. That seems to be the release date for the launching of the already so popular Apple iWatch gadget. If you were getting too excited about catching a glimpse of it in the near future, you might think it over and hold your horses. That is what Ming-Chi Kuo has stated and he has not let us down in the past in what concerns launched rumors, thus we do tend to believe him on this one as well.

But what stays at the basis of this decision you might be wondering yourselves. Well one of the key reasons revolves around the company being so caught up with the development o the iOS 7 that it shall not be so free and available or have enough people to go ahead with their iWatch project too. Leaving this aside, there is another aspect involved here as well – the fact that the markets for this type of gadgets are still not yet properly developed and hence the iWatch launching automatically falls on the second place when associated to the development of the operating system and all the process behind this. Hence we shall be witnessing the release date of iWatch in late 2014, as previously mentioned.

The analyst has made this info public to investors, and his statement contains info according to which the iWatch project falls in the background this year, while the development of the iOS 7 shall steal the spotlight and require full attention from the company, not leaving any room out for the rest of the company’s project in terms of allocated resources. Therefore the delay in the release of the gadget is predicted and we should get used to this idea as soon as possible and not be disappointed afterwards.

And this is not all that Ming-Chi Kuo brings to our attention in what concerns the iWatch project. He gives us a look into the hardware-related spec of the device, claiming that when it comes to screen and display, we shall be experiencing one in the 1.5-2.0 inch range. Furthermore, the inspiration shall come from the elements the iPod nano holds, and he is  mostly referring to the processor and touch tech.

iWatch Release Date Delayed, Beta Testing Already Started?

Having updated you with the most important things there are to know, I have left the best and most valuable piece of info for the end of the article. Biometrics. It seems that the analysts anticipates we shall be witnessing this element being inserted in the making of the iWatch and we couldn’t be happier if it turned out to be true. Judging by the experience and value Apple has in the technology field, we tend to drop our years to this info and conclude that it shall lead to a much higher level of safety.

Moving forward, rumors according to which orders for the gadgets being placed already with Foxconn have been circulating, and the numbers speak for themselves – no less than a trial of 100o gadget items. What’s interesting is that the same report concludes that the iWatch shall indeed feature a 1.5-inch display, as the analyst has also stated. However there is a discrepancy in terms of launching dates, and if we were to go with this report, we wouldn’t be needing to wait for 2014 to get our hands on the device. Or to put the device on our wrists.

So we do tend to believe (or better said – we would like to believe that this is the case) that the iWatch shall soon come out for us to enjoy it, as otherwise Apple is going to be put in the dark by the rest of the activists in the same arena. We all remember the profit the Pebble smartwatch experienced in 2012. It was most likely this that triggered all the other current competitors to decide to give it a go in this field and come up with their own products, and if we are to make a shortlist we’ll soon see that these company names are not to be neglected: Microsoft, Samsung and LG.I am curious to see what’s your say on the matter. Are you looking forward for the release of the iWatch? Or are you a bit disappointed if it turned out that a delay in its release up to late 2014 shall turn out to be reality. Leave us a comment in the box below and we can start doing the maths.
