A big number of Apple patents for iPhone 6, iPhone 5S and for the iPad Mini 2 have been published a couple of days  ago, by the US Patent  and Trademark Office.

The United States office of patents has published recently a big number of Apple fillings regarding improvements over the iPhone 6, iPhone 5S and the iPad Mini2, but for other services and devices as well. The Patently Apple gave us more details regarding the patent fillings and some of them include features such as an invisible button on the backside of the devices, iPad Mini design and more slider controls.

Patently Apple also mentioned something about an updated interface available for the iTunes on iOS and on the magnetometer.

The filling for the iTunes application is presented on a multi-touch mobile device which has integrated more efficient and faster ways, even interfaces that facilitate the navigation and multiple visualization fields in order to bolt both the user satisfaction but also the efficiency and the effectiveness when using the devices running on iOS.

The above mentioned filling was submitted by Apple in  the second quarter of 2012 and it was published by the US Patent and Trademark Office today.

One of the other interesting filling was the magnetometer patent which is related to the technology used in the software of the Apple Maps application.

Regarding this patent, the publication Patently Apple says that the information existent in the magnetometer can be tooled through a different series of methods in order to obtain a better accuracy of the measurements. Through a comparison between threshold levels recorded in the past by the magnetometer, the instrument can be re-calibrated on the basis of the new information collected at a different time, in a different place. The data used in this process will be related to Earth’s magnetic field and other possible characteristics of the location.

Another thing you should know is that the patent filling for the magnetometer was granted in the year 2011 in  February, then November.
