New Generation iPhones should have a Frisky Start of Sales

Morgan Stanley analysts believe that the sales of the Apple’s new generation smartphones which have been informally referred to as the iPhone 6, will be 20% higher as compared with the iPhone 5s in the first months after the market launch.
They also note that Apple, most likely will not have any problems with the supply of the devices, and so the company from Cupertino will be able to fully meet the consumer demand. According to preliminary estimates, the total cost of the iPhone 6 components, would be 20-30 dollars higher than the iPhone 5s. This is explained by the changes in the design: larger screen size and an improved camera.
4.7-inch iPhone 6 can be presented in August. The new items will start selling the same month. During this year, Apple could ship about 80 million items of the iPhone 6. For comparison, in January-March, the company sold 43.7 million iPhones of different generations.
By the end of the year, analysts predict, that Apple will release the iPhone fablet with 5.5-inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) screen, the pixels density of which will be 401 ppi. The characteristics of this device will be similar to the iPhone 6, but it will get a more capacitive battery (plus 50-70 % compared to the iPhone 5s).
Market participants also believe that, Apple may face a decrease in sales of the iPad tablet in the second half of the year. However, the drop will be negligible – about 1%.
