As you probably know, the projectors that we can find now on some smartphones are not that advanced. For example the Samsung`s Galaxy Beam projector it only allows the users to project files, videos and movies on a plain surface or on a wall, but as far as we know this kind of feature didn’t receive so much appreciation in the mobile market.

Recently, a visionary YouTube user , Sonitdank by his nickname came up with a new device idea which is supposed to reinvent the projector phone in a way that will solve all past issues. The interesting part is the fact that Sonitdank is using as a work model, the most appreciated and the best sold smartphone in the world.

In his vision, Sonitdank is using an iPhone as a model for the next projector phone and he places the projector in the back of the device. The projector is able to produce a full size virtual Apple Mac keyboard, which means the well known touchscreen text input issue will be totally excluded.

And this is not all! Besides the projector placed in the rear of the phone, the users would enjoy a front-facing projector as well. This means that the smartphone will reproduce a Mac display that is projected in front of the device directly on the wall. This way, the users will practically have the opportunity to care in their pockets a full size personal computer.

So?What do you say? Did the imaginary projector phone drew your attention? It’s quite hard not to, even though we are aware of the fact that this is only an YouTube user dream, but a very good dream we may say. And his attention to details, such as swelling strings, the imagery and the music in the background made the clip even better.

Now, we know that seeing such a technology in the design of an iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 is a totally different discussion. And we can’t imagine Jonathan Ive – the supporter of the arch form-is-function giving a penalty to such an incredible device just like that.

However, Sonitdank’s bold imagination should be appreciated and we salute his attempt. And, considering the fact that Apple users are demanding some significant changes related to iOS and iPhone hardware form, this out of the box idea should not be that bad for Apple, on the contrary it might be exactly what the doctor prescribed.
