Galaxy Note 3 400x250 Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Official Release Date Approaching Display Size Remains Unknown

We are virtually counting the days untilg the Galaxy Note 3 official release date but the real question remains is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 coming with display size versions of 5.99, 5.7 and 5.5 inch?

As time goes by, the conflict between rumors and suppositions regarding the specs and features of the next-gen Samsung Galaxy Note. More specific, new reports claim that Samsung is already making tests on three display sizes belonging to their upcoming flagship from the Note series.

Now, the reports seem to be based on information found on the Zauba database, which is apparently keeping tracks of all the exports and imports from and to India. And according to this information, Samsung sent to India versions of the Galaxy Note 3 in the above mentioned sizes with the sole purposes of research and development. We don’t know exactly what kind of tests to are implied and we don’t know either if Samsung will be keeping all the device versions. But, no matter the part India has to play here, we are sure that Samsung will definitely have to say the final word.

In the past few weeks, we have seen some rumors talking about the Samsung Galaxy Note featuring a  5.7 inch display, others that claimed the device will be featuring 5.99 inch. Latest rumors say that the Galaxy Note 3 will be sporting a 5.7 inch display. However, this new piece of  information could really play a twist for fans who have already settled with previous rumors.

Other news concerning the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, also conflicted, claim that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will have either an LCD or an AMOLED screen. Or different versions with both of them.

Another rumor mentioned that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be launched in four different versions, such as a low end model  with a plastic chassis, a 13 MP camera and regular AMOLED screen, a high end model with unbreakable AMOLED screen and rear camera of 13 MP. Two more low end versions are mentioned, a low end one with 13 MP camera, plastic chassis and standard LCD display, and the other one has the same features except for the 8 MP camera. If these info are accurate, then these versions could belong to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or it could mean that Samsung hasn’t yet decided on one version.

Just to top them all, one of the latest reports -coming from Asia Economic, a Korean website – claims that Samsung is still uncertain about producing the Galaxy Note 4 with a flexible AMOLED screen. The last rumor about a flexible display was launched in April, when Samsung gave an official statement in which they admitted to have been stumbling on a few difficulties in the development of their flexible OLED screen, thus most believed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 won’t be showing off a flexible screen. We believe that this new rumor will reopen the flexible screen rumor mill. Enthusiasts, keep in mind that despite the fact prototypes of the phablet are being shipped for research and development, the device could be in its early stages. Another Japanese website, Rbmen, also reported earlier in July that a big part of the components for the Note 3 are not finalized yet.

As for the introduction of the Note 3, it is widely expected to be on the timetable of the IFA Expo event in September, meaning the device will most likely be released in late September or early October, judging after the previous launch dates of the Galaxy Note series. Considering this, Samsung still has some time till then, but we  all know that these suppositions should be looked at with a pinch of doubt. Other rumors say that the Note 3 should have entered mass production on August 1st.
