The First Look at the Beats Solo2 Wireless – The First Headphones after the Deal with Apple

The range of Beats Electronics (known as Beats by Dre) got extended with Bluetooth Stereo Solo2 Wireless, which became the first device that was announced after the 3-billion deal with Apple in May this year. The novelty has a catchy, recognizable appearance and traditionally for Beats, is aimed at music lovers.
MacRumors edition has tested the model and share their impressions. The journalists appreciate the sound of Solo2 Wireless as clean and balanced. Despite the stereotype that the accuracy of the sound reproduction is not a priority for the Beats, the headphones provide sufficient sound data quality and are suitable for listening to music of different streams, ranging from the classics to rock and hip-hop songs.
Beats Solo2 Wireless communicates with the sound source via Bluetooth at a distance of up to 10 meters. The charge level is indicated with five small LEDs. Buttons on the ear cups provide the necessary controls. Using the «b» and volume control buttons you can switch to an incoming call, skip a song or change the volume. The manufacturer claims 12 hours of battery life. In case the device is suddenly dead it has a cable to connect to an audio device.
The headset has a folding design with flexible headband and a microphone. Ear cups feature leather (or leatherette), and filter background noise. The set comes in a carrying case, with a 3.5 mm jack cable and a USB 2.0 cable for charging.
Solo2 Wireless can be ordered from the Apple Online Store and from a number of online retailers among the Apple partners. The price of the device is $300; it’s available in red, black, white, and blue colors.
