Walmart Reduces iPhone 4S & iPhone 5 Prices
The release of iPhone 5S is expected by millions of Apple users from around the world. The iPhone 5S is rumored to be released in September and not only will it be the top smartphone on the “must have” list but it will also steal the crown from the current iPhone 5. The iPhone 5S will probably have a high price, just as any newly released iPhone, but if you are an Apple fan and you just want to buy a good smartphone you can choose between iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 for a considerably cheaper price.
The retail company just lowered the prices of the two older smartphones, the iPhone 4S and the iPhone5, permanently. If you wanted to buy a 16 GB iPhone 4S last week from Walmart, on contract with AT&T, Verizon or Sprint you would have spent $90, but now Walmart transformed the iPhone 4S into a budget option by reducing its price to only $39. The second option is the iPhone 5; if you want a better smartphone than the old iPhone 4S, at a price that is more affordable in comparison to last weeks`price, you can choose the iPhone 5. Walmart reduced iPhone 5′s price with $61 – from $190 to $129, also on contract.
If you want to take one of the above deals, you will want to think at the advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that you are buying a smartphone at a cheap price. The disadvantage is that you will have an older iPhone model, while the iPhone 5S will be launched in about three months and you will be tied to an older model, with a contract for two years at least. You have to think at all your options very well and pick the one that suits you better.
If you want the latest model, it is worth to wait a bit before making a purchase. If you are only interested in the basic use (calls, texts and want to navigate the Internet) of a smartphone either of the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 will suit you well. The new iPhone 5S will not have very important improvements and if you are not a technology fan you can have an older model that can fulfill your needs just as well as the upcoming model. However, as we said, if you can wait and don`t need a smartphone right now, you can wait for the launch of iPhone 5S. It is possible that you will change your mind if you will like what new features the iPhone 5S will come with and you probably would want to buy one; or you can even wait for the iPhone 5S to be available in stores, at which point the price of the iPhone 5 will come down even more!
