Samsung Galaxy S5 What Features And Specs To Expect From Samsung Galaxy S5

One might think it is a bit too early to think about the new Samsung Galaxy S5. After all the Samsung Galaxy S4 was only launched 4 months ago so it’s not exactly old news yet. But expectations are already high as Samsung has put a lot of effort in the Samsung Galaxy S4 so naturally the next generation smartphone it will released should be even better.

The launch of the LG G2 also helped raise expectations as it packed some pretty interesting features. Even though they weren’t completely extraordinary it still made the LG G2 a valid competitor. And if we were to think of the HTC One than it’s certain that Samsung will have to come up with something extremely ambitious, as this is one of its fierce competitors. And it will also be competing against its former model the Samsung Galaxy S4 in trying to convince buyers that the new flagship will be worth the effort.

What we haven’t seen this year, so far at least, is a change in design that will blow us away. The only think worth mentioning here are the rear buttons of the LG G2 that could possibly end up being used on the Nexus 5 as well. Samsung is likely to copy this to its models as we have seen it doing so in the past, but nothing is for certain. It might come up with a better idea or find something else to duplicate in the design of the new smartphone.

But the design is not the only thing Samsung needs to consider. The material that the Galaxy S5 will be from is something to take into account as well. This is where it should really come up with something original as everyone is holding their breath until the release of the iPhone 5S and the rumors surrounding it that say it will feature a fingerprint sensor.

So what are to expect from Samsung Galaxy S5? Features that have proven quite popular so far, after the release of the Galaxy S4, have been the new camera on the Nokia Lumia 1020 and its waterproof super-ability. But integrating these features in the new generation phone could possible decrease sales in the Galaxy S5 Zoom and Galaxy S5 Active.

It seems that the release of these models make the Galaxy S5 a bit of a limited model in terms of features so we’re not sure exactly what to think yet, except that Samsung will have a hard time coming up with something new to make this model attractive to the public.

So what do you think? What would be a truly spectacular idea for Samsung to implement on the Galaxy S5?
