Security Vulnerability in iOS 7 Allows Bypassing the Lock Screen Password in 5 Seconds

There is a serious security vulnerability in the Apple?s mobile operating system. It allows anyone to bypass the passcode screen on iPhones and access the applications.
As it turned out, the iOS 7 firmware contains a vulnerability that allows an unauthorized user to gain access to the personal data and applications on the owner?s device. Fortunately, you can just disable access to Control Center or the Lock Screen Notifications Center to eliminate this bug.
EverythingApplePro, a videoblogger, found a trap-door which can be used to bypass iPhones and iPads password protection. An intruder can open a recently launched application within a few simple steps. The actions include activation of Airplane Mode in the Control Center and bringing up Notification Center. The main condition is the presence of a missed call message in Notification Center.

To unlock the iPhone you should do the following:
- Swipe up on the lock screen to bring up Control Center.
- Activate Airplane Mode.
- Swipe downs to bring up Notification Center.
- Click missed call message.
- Click Cancel in “You need to turn off Airplane Mode to make a call”.
Apparently, Apple already knows about this bug as it is eliminated in the first beta version of iOS 8. the previous versions of the iOS 7.0.6-7.1. firmware are susceptible to this vulnerability.
